Rose is a dynamic, fun and unusual Japanese restaurant located in Manila’s Fort Bonifacio district.
We decided that distinct and comforting food enjoyed in a jolly atmosphere was what we really wanted in a dining-out experience. The result? Rose.
Our cuisine is unique, based on the Japanese philosophy of using natural flavors enhanced by classic French cooking techniques.
A sense of whimsy has been created by carving a stream into our granite sushi bar and fresh fare is literally floated from the kitchen aboard model sushi boats! Guests also have the option to order from the extensive menu.
Great food demands great beverages. Our menu offers a diverse selection of premium sake, French wines and rare Japanese scotches. Rose is also the first Japanese restaurant in Manila to serve the highly addictive Zipang, a sparkling sake from Kyoto.

Address:
31st St. cor. 1st Avenue, Ground Floor, Grand Hamptons Tower, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
From the Buendia Flyover:
Turn right on Rizal (Jollibee), Turn right immediately onto 31st. You will see Rose on your left. If you go straight, you will find the open parking lot very near us.
From Forbes / Dasma:
Turn left immediately onto 5th Avenue. Turn left on 3oth. Go straight until the end of the road, and turn right on 1st Ave. You can park in the open parking to your left, Rose will be to your right.
